Mr. Duncan is recognized as an expert in Close Quarter Combat Sambo. As a Police Officer in a North American city of 5 million for over two decades, Mr. Duncan has extensive experience in both Patrol, Undercover Operations and Security. Mr. Duncan has over a decade of experience as both an Undercover Operative and Handler. His experience includes operations for Drug, Gang, Homicide Investigations and obtaining Strategic Intelligence for major events such as the G20 Summit, NBA Sports Weekend, and Caribana Task Force.
In addition, Mr. Duncan spent three years at the Police Training Academy as a Senior Use of Force Police and Civilian Instructor, and trained over 10,000 Police, Court Officers, and Civilian students. He also founded the Police Combat Sambo Martial Arts Club.
Based on his experience Mr. Duncan is a leading expert in Survival training for Plainclothes and Undercover Police Operatives. Mr. Duncan developed and delivers comprehensive Undercover Survival Training for Special Undercover Police Units. This type of training is rarely available to Undercover Operatives who are often unable to apply the survival techniques what they have learned to use as uniformed officers resulting in injuries and law suits.
